Janco is a smooth skating defenseman that shows good agility. Janco is in peak physical condition as he can log a ton of minutes without showing any signs of fatigue. He’s great at joining the rush and giving his team the feel of an extra forward. Janco is always moving his feet, using his skating and mobility to create shooting lanes.

Janco’s size, ice movements, and work ethic give him a bright future, he just needs to make sure that he does not turn away from the puck while in transition and continue his improvement at the angles he takes towards the opposition.
